First a little catch-up though. We've done 2 seasons in the Caribbean as well as the rally down to Guyana. Duplicat has been under a program of modification too and she now sports a super hardtop along with another 1kW of solar panels. The hardtop makes a huge difference to life onboard. It's larger than the bimini so we now have an extra room. With rain/sun shades alround we can be far drier than with the bimini. We added some very nice lights, speakers and a better placed stern light as well.
Having spent time in Bonaire with Dad and other friends doing lots of diving, we had a pit stop over Christmas in Curacao. Now we find ourselves in Cartagena Colombia which is extremely pleasant.
