Last night was bliss compared to the previous night. No squalls, steady consistent wind and no lightning. We hope for the same tonight!
The winds and forecast have eased for the next few days - so we've done a few domestic jobs. The parasailor is now back in its bag and stowed inside, rather than in the anchor locker where we had it (good place to dump it during a squall).
Fishing lines have been in all day. We lost a lure to another biggie (as evidenced by the trashing of the wire tracer!) but nothing landed. Not many days left...
As its New Year's Eve - we'll wish everyone a very happy new year. We won't be staying up for midnight (apart from Anthony, who will be on watch at local midnight) - as sleep is precious! We'll be saving our celebrations for when we arrive.
Happy New Year!
