Its hard to believe that one year ago today, Dad, Amanda and I were heading to London on the train. We met Alistair there and continued on to the boat. The next day, we set off to Cherbourg on the start of our adventure.

Since then, we've sailed over 6100 nautical miles. We've carried out a couple of major additions to the boat (new radar and wind generator). We've spent hundreds of nights at anchor, sometimes with hundreds of other boats around us, sometimes alone. We've done many miles in the dinghy which is now looking somewhat "worn in".

We've visted 16 countries on 3 continents so far: Guernsey, France, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Canary Islands, Antigua & Barbuda, Guadeloupe, Montserrat, Sint Marteen, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Saba, St Barthelemy, Dominica, St. Vincent & the Grenadines.

We've had 20 visitors meet us in various countries. 2 have been twice (Barry & Alistair) but many more are planning to revisit.

We've had some high winds and large seas but also flat calms.

We've swum, we've snorkelled, we've scuba dived. We've worked hard, we've relaxed. Mostly, we've relaxed ;)

We've had some great times and the occasional glitch but mostly its been plain sailing and we're still enjoying it. There's more to come.
